We are seeking a seasoned Project Director to lead and deliver ICT projects with a strong focus on governance, risk management, budgeting, scheduling, and stakeholder engagement. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project delivery, resource coordination, and status reporting while ensuring alignment with structured methodologies and frameworks.
We are looking for an individual who can manage all aspects of project delivery including scope, budget, schedule, risk, and quality. This includes preparing and maintaining project documentation such as PIDs, business cases, risk logs, and financial reports. Additionally, the successful candidate will ensure projects are delivered in accordance with the organization's governance framework and standards. They will also provide accurate and timely status updates to sponsors and stakeholders. Furthermore, they will coordinate resources, manage procurement processes, and oversee vendor engagement.
The successful Project Director will have at least 5 years' experience as a Project Manager in ICT environments. They should possess strong experience in financial reporting, risk management, and stakeholder engagement. It is also essential that they have proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects under structured project management methodologies. Familiarity with Government procurement processes is highly desirable. Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills are required for this role.
