About The Role

We’re seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Development Manager – Ultrasound to drive the growth of our Ultrasound capital and consumables portfolio across Australia. This is a national role with substantial opportunity to shape, build, and lead the future of our Ultrasound business within a dynamic and fast‑paced organisation.

You’ll combine clinical expertise with commercial acumen, serving as the key Ultrasound Applications Specialist for both internal teams and customers, while developing recent business opportunities and driving strategic initiatives.

Your Day‑to‑Day Will Include

- Driving national growth of the Ultrasound portfolio to achieve revenue and market‑share targets
- Developing and closing new business opportunities with corporate accounts and high‑value customers
- Leading quoting, negotiation, and end‑to‑end sales processes for Ultrasound systems
- Providing expert clinical and technical guidance, training, and product demonstrations
- Acting as the internal subject matter expert and champion for the Ultrasound portfolio
- Coordinating workshops, KOL programs, and clinical education initiatives
- Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to maximise market presence and customer experience
- Analyzing market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Representing Endotherapeutics at conferences, workshops, and trade shows
- Interstate and overseas travel as required

About You

You’ll bring:

- Clinical experience in ultrasound sonography
- Accredited Sonographer qualification (highly regarded)
- Minimum of 2–3 years of commercial experience in medical devices (sales or business development)
- Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and presentation skills
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a field‑based role
- High motivation, resilience, and a proactive approach to growth and learning
- Existing relationships with corporate ultrasound customers (advantageous)
