In this full-time role, you'll:Design engaging, resident-focused activities that promote connection and joyLead and inspire a team in bringing those programs to lifeMake sure every resident has a chance to participate in something meaningfulHelp ensure all documentation and evaluation processes are in placeCreate experiences that reflect the hobbies, histories, and hopes of our residentsWhat You'll BringExperience in aged care, community care, or lifestyle programsA heart for people and the ability to live out our values: compassion, respect, imagination and boldnessStrong communication and leadership skillsWhy Work With Us?
