About the Role
The successful candidate will lead our Business Partnering function, ensuring alignment between workforce strategies and organisational priorities. They will partner with executives and senior leaders to deliver integrated people solutions for complex business challenges.
* Drive Organisational development initiatives including team effectiveness culture programs change management leadership development;
* Strengthen Talent development frameworks for all caregivers access meaningful professional personal development opportunities;
* Provide strong values-based leadership fostering positive inclusive high-performance culture;
* Oversight design delivery evaluation learning programmes build capability current future workforce needs;
