The General Manager is responsible for leading the team across all operations to ensure a high-quality service, presentation and offering is maintained. The role requires keen attention to detail, self-motivation as well as the ability to lead a team, and an ongoing drive to identify opportunities to improve and raise standards, introduce new initiatives and encourage ongoing growth.
- Experience as a hotel general manager or assistant manager
- A creative and lateral approach to team leadership and service
- Passion for premium food and beverage bars and restaurants
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- A background in effective and collaborative local community engagement
- Demonstrated ability to develop, implement and maintain successful sales strategies
- Deep understanding of brand strategies and cultures
- A desire to build an inclusive, positive and outcome-focused culture
- Robust time management skills and a meticulous attention to detail
