We’re seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Service Administration Officer to join our dynamic service department. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, accurate data management, and exceptional support to both internal teams and external fleet companies. Responsibilities
- Perform accurate and timely data entry of service jobs, customer details.
- Maintain and update customer records, service histories, and warranty information.
- Support the Service Manager with administrative tasks, reporting, and compliance requirements.
- Sorting approval for repair work through fleet companies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in data entry with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong administrative background, preferably in a service or technical environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work independently under pressure.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
