Department Sheraton Grand Mirage Resort Port Douglas is seeking highly skilled, motivated and experienced Food and Beverage (Bars) Attendants to join our Café & Bar Team. We're looking for someone who is ready to go beyond in everything they do and create memorable experiences for our guests. Responsibilities include but not limited to: Create memorable experiences for all guests whilst in our café and bar outlets around the resort Assist all guests with menu, dietary requirements and recommendations Ensure accuracy with requests, orders and service delivery Use of POS system Ensure all service areas are immaculate Maintain standards of hygiene and food handling Must have previous experience in 5 star Buffet/A la Carte Restaurants All applicants must have full working rights to work in Australia and have previous experience in the role or similar.
