Business Analyst
The Business Analyst plays a central role in supporting successful business transformation within the Detmold business. The role involves working with all areas of the organisation to understand and analyse business needs, then providing solutions and recommendations for implementing technology.
What You Will Do
* Requirement Gathering : Elicit, analyse, and document business needs from stakeholders via interviews, workshops, and surveys.
* Process Analysis : Study current operations, identify bottlenecks, and model future‑state processes.
* Solution Design : Develop solutions, create business cases, and define requirements for systems or process changes.
* Stakeholder Communication : Act as a liaison between business, IT, and project teams, ensuring alignment and clear understanding.
* Data Analysis & Reporting : Interpret data, create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support decisions.
* Change Management : Support the implementation of new processes and technologies, addressing resistance.
* Project Support : Assist with project planning, monitoring, ensuring solutions meet goals.
What You Will Bring
* Tertiary and/or post graduate qualifications in Information Technology.
* Proven experience in understanding complex business processes within a sales‑driven environment.
* Knowledge of business environment and business architectures, requirements gathering and documentation.
* Well‑developed communication skills, good listener, confident presenter and ability to engage stakeholders at all levels in the business.
* Experience with core tools such as Microsoft Visio, Power Bi and Business Process Management systems.
