Key Sales Administrator Role
This is a pivotal position within our sales division, requiring an individual with exceptional organizational skills and the ability to work independently. Reporting directly to the National Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support throughout the entire sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
* Preparation of sales documents, including quotations and invoices
* Administration support to Sales Personnel
* Coordination of production planning and scheduling with European Factories
* Import and export of machinery, including shipping and customs documentation
* Report generation and data management
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven experience within OEM equipment or related heavy industry
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent qualification
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks while maintaining a high standard of quality and precision
