What You’ll Be Doing:
* Supporting the Venue Manager in daily operations, including ordering, stock control, and rostering.
* Leading and motivating a team to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
* Managing budgets effectively and identifying opportunities to drive sales.
* Ensuring top-tier quality, safety, and presentation standards in the café.
Who We’re Looking For:
* A passionate hospitality professional with a love for coffee, food, and customer service.
* At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
* Strong barista skills and the ability to deliver high-quality coffee consistently.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service abilities.
