We take pride in delivering a consistently excellent experience — from the plate to the playlist — and we’re looking for someone ready to lead the charge and grow with us.What You’ll Be DoingLeading daily operations with energy, professionalism, and a strong floor presenceDriving guest satisfaction and strong NPS/Google ratings through great food, fast service, and genuine hospitalityEnsuring food, beverage, and service standards are consistently high across all areasCoaching FOH & BOH teams through on-shift training, regular feedback, and leading by exampleManaging recruitment, onboarding, and progression of high-performing team membersOwning rosters, payroll accuracy, and team scheduling in line with labour targetsMaintaining food safety, cleanliness, and venue compliance standardsOverseeing inventory, stock control, and cost managementRunning team meetings and cultural initiatives that drive engagement and alignmentSetting and executing goals that support financial success and business growthWorking at least 3 peak shifts per week to lead from the front when it counts mostWhat You BringExperience in hospitality or restaurant leadership (1–3 years preferred)Strong people skills and a team-first attitudeA calm, solutions-focused mindset under pressurePassion for service, quality, and guest satisfactionGreat communication, organisation, and time management skillsWhy Fonda?Performance-based bonus structureA chance to lead and grow within a vibrant, values-driven companyGreat culture and team vibesOpportunities for training and career developmentDelicious staff discountsHungry for more?
