About the Role
This role reports directly to the Quarry Manager and involves site weighbridge and administrative duties, including chain of responsibility, inductions, onboarding new drivers and trucks in the site's weighbridge system, general purchasing, and managing customer orders. Proficiency in Google Workspace is highly advantageous.
* Customer Communication
* You will be responsible for communicating effectively with customers throughout the administration process using various means.
* Phone Support
* You must answer all phone calls professionally and promptly.
* Weighbridge Management
* You will manage the site weighbridge and chain of responsibility procedures.
* Delivery Coordination
* You will coordinate deliveries with customers and liaise with the Dispatch Team to ensure deliveries are scheduled and completed within the requested time frames.
* Administrative Duties
* You will perform general site administration duties and purchasing tasks.
