We're excited to be partnering with a leading modular construction business to recruit a Sales Consultant into a newly created role within their team.
This is a unique opportunity to step into a commercially focused role that blends sales, supplier coordination, and solution-based consulting, supporting projects across government, construction and infrastructure sectors. You'll be working closely with an experienced manager and high-performing sales team, playing a key role in driving revenue through cross-hire solutions and value-add upgrades.
What You'll Be Doing
* Acting as a first point of contact for customer enquiries and project needs
* Managing the end-to-end sales process for smaller projects and accounts
* Identifying opportunities to upgrade or enhance client solutions (e.g. aircon, fit-outs, additional services)
* Preparing accurate and competitive quotes, including supplier coordination
* Supporting tenders and internal sales teams with pricing and solutions
* Managing supplier relationships and maintaining pricing databases
* Working cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Marketing and Admin
* Maintaining CRM records and tracking pipeline activity (Salesforce/ Navision)
About You
* 2+ years experience in a B2B sales, internal sales or sales support role
* Background in construction, industrial, hire, or supplier-led environments is highly regarded
* Commercially minded with a natural ability to spot upsell opportunities
* Strong relationship builder, both internally and externally
* High attention to detail, particularly with quotes and pricing
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative office environment
* CRM experience (Salesforce ideal)
