Job Title: Regional Sales Director - APAC
We are seeking an accomplished sales leader to spearhead our sales efforts in the Asia Pacific region. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth by expanding existing customer relationships, acquiring new customers, and executing upsell opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop a comprehensive go-to-market strategy for the APAC region, driving top-line revenue through strategic partnerships, marketing initiatives, and targeted sales campaigns.
* Foster a high-performing sales team in the APAC region, accountable for end-to-end sales processes and execution of our Go-To-Market strategy, including channel partner development and collaborative marketing efforts.
* Promote our company's vision and product portfolio, understanding customer technical requirements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to inform product direction.
* Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, prospects, and strategic customers to close deals, partnering with other teams to enhance go-to-market efforts and accelerate growth.
The ideal candidate will possess significant domain expertise in inertial navigation systems (including commercial and defense applications across sea, air, and land), direct knowledge of selling to defense primes, and demonstrated success in building high-performing sales teams, delivering exceptional growth outcomes, and achieving strategic wins with key customers.
