About the Role
The Administration Support Officer role assists the Management Team with administrative functions such as appointment and communication management, data entry, reporting, document creation, front reception management, event coordination, and general admin duties.
Key Responsibilities:
* Proactively assist with queries and solutions both internal and external;
* Assist with administrative day-to-day operations;
* Accurate document management, record storage/archiving, and data entry in a timely manner;
* Commitment to assisting with a range of ad-hoc tasks.
Requirements:
* Relevant experience in a similar role;
* Customer Service Experience - confident telephone and written communication skills;
* Strong Administrative Skills;
* Ability to work well in a team environment and independently;
* Demonstrate good time management skills;
* Ability to work well under pressure and to set deadlines;
