Responsibilities
* Lead a high‐volume events kitchen
* Full ownership of team, menus & performance
* Manage day‐to‐day operations for large‐scale functions, conferences and off‐site catering
* Ensure consistent execution across multiple events while maintaining quality, efficiency and cost control
* Develop and motivate the kitchen team, driving performance during high‐volume service
* Play a key role in menu development and ongoing evolution of the events offering
* Align kitchen operations with service demands, ensuring every event is delivered seamlessly from preparation through to execution
Skills & Attributes
* Proven experience leading a kitchen team in high‐volume or banquet‐style environments
* Strong background in conference, events or large‐scale catering operations
* Solid understanding of food cost control, stock management and kitchen financials
* Ability to lead from the front while developing and motivating your team
* Passion for consistency, presentation and delivering quality at scale
* Flexible availability across a 7‐day roster, including evenings and weekends
