The Project Coordinator will work within the restoration team, providing high-quality service by engaging trades and technicians, preparing reports and scopes, managing budgets and timelines to meet client KPIs.
Key Responsibilities Include:
* Project coordination of small to medium repairs
* Scheduling trades, technicians, and specialists
* Managing costs through claim processes and trade invoices
* Focusing on KPIs and client agreements
* Gathering photos and documents for reports and quotations
* Effective stakeholder communication
Essential Capabilities and Behaviours:
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Excellent organizational and time management skills
* Interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships
* Exceptional multitasking abilities
* Team-oriented attitude
* Strong attention to detail
Desirable Skills:
* Experience in insurance repair coordination
* Experience in establishing and maintaining long-term relationships
