**Human Resources Manager / Generalist**
Our client is a well-known WA sporting organisation with a strong values-based ethos. They are seeking to appoint an experienced HR generalist to manage the delivery of an effective and efficient people service, delivering strategic and operational initiatives and ensuring the business lives and drives a value centric culture.
Operating as part of a wider national group, you will have the autonomy to make your mark in the delivery of organisational strategies while having the support of a central team.
This role would suit an established HR Generalist or Senior HR Advisor / Business Partner looking to take ownership of the people function within a dynamic environment.
This role is being offered on a permanent part-time basis, 0.6-0.8 FTE, with flexibility to extend for the right applicant as required.
As the key contact for employees, leaders and stakeholders, the HR Manager will be hands-on in the delivery of the HR service, including:
- Management, development and implementation of HR processes, policies and procedures to improve efficiency and compliance
- Full recruitment support as well as onboarding and offboarding
- Probation reviews
- Performance management, coaching and mentoring of managers and team members
- Basic employee relations and industrial relations matters
- Visa and immigration management
- Timekeeping and timesheet reporting
- Payroll reviews and approvals
