* Providing advanced, evidence-informed nursing care that supports safe and positive patient outcomes
* Guiding and mentoring enrolled nurses, students and assistants to uplift capability across the team
* Supporting care quality and patient flow by coordinating activities within your delegated portfolio

Here's What Will Help You Thrive In This Role
* Current registration as an Enrolled Nurse with no medication restrictions
* Completion of intravenous medication administration training (or equivalent)
* Strong clinical capability with growing confidence in advanced nursing procedures
* A collaborative approach grounded in compassion, integrity and clear communication
You'll stand out from the crowd if you bring experience in rural health settings and/or advanced study such as an enrolled nursing diploma extension.
