What you'll be doing
* Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant during your shift, including managing staff, handling cash and stock control.
* Be available to work rotating shifts including days, evenings, and weekends as required.
* Ensure excellent customer service by maintaining high standards of food quality, cleanliness and safety.
* Provide coaching and support to crew members to develop their skills and grow within the organisation.
* Analyse sales data and staffing requirements to drive operational efficiency.
* Act as a brand ambassador and role model, embodying the McDonald's values and culture.
* Collaborate with the restaurant management team to implement strategic initiatives.
What we're looking for
* Previous experience in a supervisory or management role, ideally within the hospitality or retail industry. McDonald's qualifications are a big advantage.
* Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
* Excellent customer service orientation and a passion for delivering high‑quality experiences.
* Solid problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities to handle daily operational challenges.
* Numeracy skills and the ability to analyse data to drive process improvements.
* A flexible and adaptable approach to work, with the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
* Willingness to relocate to or near Ballina.
* Legal eligibility to work in Australia, and Australian work rights.
