Details
* Working hours: 38–42 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 4 am start.
* Responsible for starting the pie making process, running pie machine, other associated equipment, operating ovens, making pastries for pie making and sausage rolls, cooking proteins for each day.
* Manage clean‑down, reset, and pastry block preparation.
* Mature and professional attitude required.
Compensation
* Annual salary: 65,500 – 73,000 AUD.
* Includes superannuation and 4 weeks paid leave.
Requirements
* Experience in bakery or pastry production is desirable.
