About The Opportunity
Are you passionate about empowering parents to achieve their educational and career goals? Join our Parent Pathways team as an Engagement Coordinator. You will be responsible for cultivating relationships with external and internal partners and employers to support the growth and success of the program.
Responsibilities
* Promote and maintain relationships with service partners and community connections to drive referrals and expand service access.
* Identify opportunities for collaboration through events and activities.
* Foster collaboration between program Mentors and the wider community.
* Manage partnership agreements to support program goals.
* Increase participant referrals to our service.
* Represent Employment Plus within community organizations and local employers.
* Document partnership insights in our Partner Portal.
About You
* Relevant qualification or experience in Business Development or community services.
* Strong influencing, negotiating skills, and commercial acumen.
* Ability to identify and develop new opportunities.
* Excellent relationship-building skills.
* Results-driven with effective organizational skills.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Hold a Driver's license and a Working with Children Check or relevant state equivalent.
* Willingness to undertake a police check.
