The Vision for This Role
This is a pivotal role in Trendii's growth journey. As the Partnerships and Growth Manager, your mission is to identify, engage, and convert new brand and agency clients across the fashion, homeware, and cosmetics industries. We need someone who loves the thrill of the hunt, thrives on chasing new business, and can hit the ground running. You will play a critical role in expanding our advertiser base, ensuring that Trendii becomes an essential part of marketing strategies for leading brands.
We want someone who can start securing meetings, generating leads, and getting proposals in front of decision-makers immediately. You will have full support from the Commercial Director and the Founder. They will work closely with you to ensure your success, provide mentorship, and unlock opportunities within the market. Your work will directly and visibly impact the company's revenue growth and market presence.
What You\'ll Be Doing
* New Business Hunting: Relentlessly identify and pursue new brand and agency clients in fashion, homeware, and cosmetics. Your success will be measured by new client acquisition.
* Lead Generation & Outreach: Use creative prospecting strategies (cold outreach, networking, referrals, and industry events) to generate high-quality leads.
* Meetings & Pitching: Book and conduct meetings with marketing decision-makers, delivering compelling presentations that showcase the value of Trendii's solutions.
* Proposal Development: Work with marketing to create tailored proposals and strategies to win new business, leveraging case studies, data, and industry insights.
* Pipeline Management: Maintain and track opportunities in our CRM (HubSpot), ensuring accurate forecasting and follow-ups.
* Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activity, and potential opportunities to keep Trendii at the forefront of AdTech innovation.
* Collaboration: Work closely with the Commercial Director and Founder to refine sales strategies, receive coaching, and accelerate deal closures.
What Success Looks Like
First 30 Days
* Hit the ground running by understanding Trendii\'s product, value proposition, and competitive landscape.
* Build a prospecting list and secure initial meetings with potential clients.
* Actively reach out to brands and agencies, generating a steady pipeline of new leads.
First 90 Days
* Deliver a consistent flow of qualified leads and book meetings.
* Successfully presented Trendii to potential clients and submitted proposals.
* Close initial deals with early adopter brands.
First 6 Months
* Establish a predictable and growing pipeline of new business.
* Demonstrate measurable impact on revenue growth.
* Become a key driver of Trendii\'s expansion in the Australian market.
First Year
* Build a portfolio of successful brand partnerships.
* Drive significant revenue growth through new client acquisition.
* Set the foundation for scaling the sales team as Trendii expands.

What We\'re Looking For
* Experience: 3+ years in new business sales, ideally in AdTech, SaaS, e-commerce, or digital media, but open to other industries for the right candidate.
* Proven Track Record: Demonstrated outbound sales, client acquisition, and revenue generation success.
* Presentation & Negotiation Skills: Ability to confidently sell, overcome objections, and close deals.
* Tech Proficiency: Comfortable using CRMs (HubSpot preferred), LinkedIn, and sales enablement tools.
* Industry Knowledge: Experience selling to brands and agencies in fashion, homeware, or beauty is a plus.
* Self-Starter Attitude: You don\'t wait for leads to come to you—you go out and find them.
