We are seeking a Senior Client Account Manager for the Enterprise team. This role will involve closely collaborating with Client Partners to meet and exceed clients' marketing goals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with Client Partners to achieve marketing objectives.
* Proactively manage relationships with existing advertising partners to drive revenue growth.
* Lead campaign launches, deliver optimizations, and identify incremental revenue opportunities.
* Manage internal account operations and resolve issues.
* Educate brands and media agencies on best practices.
* Consult clients on their objectives and partner to craft creative media plans.
* Collaborate with Ad Ops to ensure effective campaign delivery.
* Represent client needs and shape Reddit's native ads product roadmap.
* Mentor and train other team members.
