About Sharon AI

SHARON AI is an Australian sovereign Neocloud and NVIDIA Cloud Partner. We design, build and operate large-scale CPU and GPU compute infrastructure hosted in Australian data centres, on Australian soil.

Our platform supports everything from bare-metal GPU-as-a-Service through to higher-level software platforms used for AI, machine learning, and high-performance computing workloads. We are entering our fourth year of operation with a growing enterprise and partner footprint and a strong technical reputation.

As the business scales, we are seeking an experienced Partner Sales Engineer to support partner-led growth and ensure our platform is positioned, designed and adopted correctly in the field.

The Role

This is a senior pre-sales and partner-facing role at the intersection of technology, partnerships, and commercial execution.

You will work closely with Partner Development, Sales, Product and strategic partners to support technical discovery, solution design, demonstrations, and proof-of-value engagements. The role is about translating complex infrastructure and AI platform capabilities into solutions that work in real customer environments.

You will act as a trusted technical advisor to partners and customers across enterprise and ecosystem-led opportunities.

What You'll Be Working On

You will support partner- and customer-facing initiatives, including:

* Partner-led enterprise and government sales engagements
* Technical discovery and solution scoping
* Platform demonstrations and proof-of-value engagements
* Architecture design across cloud, data centre and accelerated compute environments
* Ongoing partner enablement and technical alignment

Responsibilities

Pre-Sales and Solution Design

* Lead the technical narrative during partner and customer sales cycles
* Design scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions aligned to customer needs
* Deliver technical demonstrations and proof-of-value engagements

Partner Enablement and Support

* Enable strategic partners with technical training and solution alignment
* Support co-sell motions with partners such as Cisco and aligned ISVs
* Act as the technical point of reference for partner-led opportunities

Discovery and Technical Advocacy

* Work with sales and product teams to qualify customer use cases
* Translate technical requirements into clear, workable solution designs
* Represent SHARON AI in technical discussions with customers and partners

Feedback and Continuous Improvement

* Capture field insights from partners and customers
* Inform product, delivery, and customer success teams
* Help ensure technical commitments align with real delivery capability

What We're Looking For

* Strong experience in pre-sales engineering, solution consulting, or technical GTM roles
* Comfortable working across enterprise customers and partner ecosystems
* Trusted technical advisor with strong architecture and infrastructure knowledge
* Able to translate technical capability into commercial value
* Confident operating in scale-up environments with evolving requirements
* Clear communicator across technical and executive audiences
* Familiarity with cloud, data centre, or AI/GPU platforms
* Experience working with Cisco, NVIDIA, or ISV ecosystems is highly regarded
* Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot is beneficial

Background and Experience

* Minimum 5+ years' experience in pre-sales engineering or solution consulting roles
* Experience supporting enterprise infrastructure, cloud, or accelerated computing platforms
* Demonstrated ability to run technical discovery and solution design engagements
