About the Company
The team at Sharp & Carter has multiple temp positions with varying clients at different levels. We have a range of fantastic opportunities for motivated Account Officers or people with a background in Accounts Payable or Accounts Receivable excited to take the next step in their career.
The Role
Your daily tasks will include (but are not limited to):
* Accounts Payables and Accounts Receivables
* Vendor payment runs and ensuring runs are approved by bank approvers
* Reconciliation of customer accounts and claims clearing balances
* Assist the Finance Manager to compile data to satisfy audit requests
* Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders
* Support the broader finance team
* Other ad‐hoc duties as required
Qualifications & Desired Skills
* 1+ years experience in a similar Accounts role
* Strong problem‐solving skills and a desire to learn
* Confident personality that enjoys speaking with key stakeholders
* Solid communication and relationship‐building skills
* High attention to detail and robust interpersonal skills
