About the Business
Our client is an established Queensland property group with a long-standing track record delivering large-scale mixed-use, residential and urban development projects across Brisbane and regional markets.
With an active pipeline spanning residential, retail and integrated precinct developments, the business has built a strong reputation for quality delivery, long-term stakeholder relationships and a practical, commercially minded approach to development.
Due to continued project growth, they are seeking an experienced Project Manager or Senior Contracts Administrator to join the team in a key delivery-focused role.
The Role
Working closely with senior leadership and project stakeholders, this role will play a key part across the commercial and delivery lifecycle of major projects.
Depending on experience, responsibilities may include:
* Subcontractor and supplier procurement
* Preparation and administration of trade packages and contracts
* Cost management, forecasting and reporting
* Assessment of progress claims, variations and EOTs
* Consultant and contractor coordination
* Supporting project delivery from pre-construction through to completion
* Programme, risk and stakeholder management
* Maintaining project outcomes across budget, programme and quality expectations
About You
You will ideally come from a commercial, apartment or mixed-use construction background and be comfortable operating in a fast-paced project environment with strong levels of ownership and autonomy.
The successful candidate will likely demonstrate:
* 5+ years’ experience in Contracts Administration and/or Project Management
* Experience across Class 2, mixed-use or large-scale residential developments
* Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management capability
* Ability to work closely with consultants, contractors and internal teams
* Degree-qualified in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering or similar
* Exposure to Procore, Jobpac, Aconex or similar systems advantageous
