About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Therapist to join our team. As a Speech Therapist, you will work with participants in schools, homes, and the community to deliver therapeutic services efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage an allocated caseload and prioritize tasks effectively
* Deliver high-quality speech pathology services to meet the needs of participants
* Use clinical observations and standardized assessments to develop tailored treatment goals
* Implement evidence-based interventions to enhance participants' quality of life
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve shared goals
Qualifications
* A current SPA registration as a Speech Pathologist is required
* Experience working with NDIS participants and their families is essential
* Relevant insurances including Public Liability, Professional Indemnity, and Comprehensive Car Insurance are necessary
* A Police clearance, Working with Children Check, and NDIS Worker Screening Check are also required
* An active ABN is mandatory
