Workforce Development Professional

* Lead, manage, and facilitate change management activities that bring organisational development projects to life while ensuring project outcomes are achieved.
* Support senior leaders in owning their responsibilities by helping them embed changes successfully throughout the organisation.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a Workforce Development Professional, delivering comprehensive workforce services within large organisations. They will have deep expertise in designing programmes that span the entire employment lifecycle and excellent interpersonal skills.

* Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as organisational development or human resources.
* Proven experience in organisational development, preferably in a large organisation.
* Strong understanding of organisational development principles and practices.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
