Job Title: Traffic Coordinator
We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Traffic Coordinator to join our operations in the Northern Territory.
This role involves directing and managing traffic at roadwork and construction sites, protecting workers and the public while ensuring compliance with approved Traffic Management Plans.
Key Responsibilities:
* Implementing Traffic Management Plans and Traffic Guidance Schemes
* Directing vehicle and pedestrian movement around work zones safely
* Setting up, monitoring, and removing signage and barriers
* Coordinating with crew members and site supervisors
* Completing job paperwork and safety records
* Maintaining high standards of communication and public interaction
Required Skills and Qualifications:

* A strong commitment to safety and professional conduct
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong communication and attention to detail
* NT Traffic Management Tickets
* Construction White Card
* Current Driver Licence (Manual preferred)
* Minimum 1–2 years experience in traffic control
