We are seeking an organised, proactive and detail-focused Mobilisation Officer to support the successful onboarding and mobilisation of personnel to projects and sites.
This role is critical to ensuring employees and contractors are fully compliant, prepared and ready for deployment in line with project schedules, safety requirements and client expectations.

* Coordinate end-to-end mobilisation and onboarding of employees and contractors to site
* Ensure all compliance requirements are completed prior to mobilisation (medical checks, inductions, training, licences, certifications and documentation)
* Maintain accurate records of employee credentials and mobilisation status
* Liaise with recruitment, HR, site teams and candidates to ensure smooth deployment
* Organise travel, accommodation and logistics as required
* Monitor mobilisation schedules and proactively resolve issues or delay
* Provide clear communication to workers regarding mobilisation requirements and timelines
* Ensure mobilisation processes align with company policies and site safety standards
* Support demobilisation and offboarding processes when required
* Provide ongoing support to the operational delivery team
You are highly organised, calm under pressure, and enjoy managing multiple priorities at once. You take pride in accuracy and understand the importance of compliance and deadlines.
You will ideally have:
* Experience in a mobilisation, onboarding, HR administration or workforce coordination role (preferred)
* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage documentation and compliance requirements
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
* Strong computer skills and confidence using HR or workforce management systems
* A proactive, solutions-focused approach
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
