Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Boat Builder located in Bayswater, VIC. The Boat Builder will be responsible for constructing, repairing, and maintaining boats. Daily tasks include laminating, assembling, and installing boat components, working with hand and power tools, and ensuring that all work meets the highest standards of the marine industry. The position also requires collaboration with other builders and staff to deliver high-quality results.
Qualifications
* Skills in Boat Building and Laminating
* Experience and knowledge in the Marine Industry, including Yachting
* Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and safety
* Ability to work with hand and power tools efficiently
* Good communication and teamwork skills
* Prior experience in a similar role or relevant certifications is advantageous
* Physical stamina and strength, ability to handle and move large materials
