Now, we're looking for a passionate and dedicated Youth Coach to join our Get Set For Work program until June 2026 and become part of a workplace where people genuinely enjoy coming to work .
About the Role
Our Get Set for Work program supports young people aged 15 - 19 to build life skills, gain education and training, and move toward employment. As a Youth Coach, you'll be part of a supportive, passionate team that thrives on making a difference - and having fun while doing it. You'll work closely with young people to:
* Recruit and engage eligible, disconnected youth
* Co-create tailored Training and Support Plans
* Help them overcome barriers to success
* Facilitate engaging life skills group sessions
* Support their transition into accredited training
* Guide participants' transition to return to school, further education or employment
