Food & Beverage Attendant
We are seeking a Food & Beverage Attendant to join our team at Green Island Resort. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
About the Role
* Greet guests and provide professional service across our restaurant, bar, and cafe outlets.
* Taking orders, serving food and beverages, and processing transactions efficiently is essential.
* Supporting bar, cafe, restaurant, or buffet operations as rostered is a key requirement.
* Communicating guest needs and dietary requirements to the kitchen staff is crucial.
* Maintaining clean and organized service areas is vital.
* Escalating guest concerns to supervisors when necessary is an important aspect of this role.
Key Skills and Qualifications
* A positive attitude and genuine enjoyment of customer service are essential.
* Strong communication and team support skills are required.
* The ability to work in a busy and dynamic environment is necessary.
* Being well-presented and reliable is crucial for this role.
* Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification or willingness to obtain is preferred.
