We are seeking a highly skilled and efficient Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent judgement, discretion, organisation, proactive energy, people skills, and experience in regulated or compliance-focused environments.
Your Role
* Support the Director/Management Team with professionalism, handling confidential matters discreetly, and preparing agendas and reports.
* Oversee the day-to-day running of the office, being the primary point of contact for clients, suppliers, and employees, managing systems, CRM administration, databases, records, documentation, and project management tools.
* Fulfill various tasks including filling gaps, handling invoices, expenses, supplier relationships, coordinating meetings, events, and logistics, overseeing facilities, and supporting the team with IT and administrative needs.
Requirements
* A minimum of 4-6 years of solid office administrative experience.
* At least 1 year of CRM/project management/Microsoft Suite software experience.
* Experience in manufacturing environments is highly valued.
* Excellent people skills and experience in regulated or compliance-focused environments are highly desirable.
Working Conditions
This is a full-time position requiring 38 hours of work per week, Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm. You will be based in our Osborne Park office with free parking available.
