Requirements:
* Proven sales experience with a strong focus on meeting key performance indicators.
* Strong technical aptitude, particularly related to industrial, architectural or paint & coating systems.
* Self-motivation, flexibility, negotiation skills, collaboration, and excellent customer relations capabilities.
* Success in both new business development & account management in a previous sales role.
