About the Role
We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. The role will be based at our head office in Green Fields, SA, and will involve managing and optimising digital marketing campaigns across multiple brands under our group.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing digital strategies, managing paid ads, improving SEO performance, creating content, and analysing performance metrics to support business growth. This is a hands-on role suited for someone who is both creative and analytical, with a passion for continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan, develop, and execute digital marketing and advertising campaigns across Google Ads, SEO, social media, and email channels to support business objectives and drive measurable outcomes.
* Provide strategic recommendations on campaign direction, promotional activities, and pricing approaches to strengthen brand awareness and market positioning.
* Manage and optimise Google Ads and other advertising platforms, including budget allocation, performance tracking, reporting, and improvements against key KPIs such as CPC, CTR, and CVR.
* Conduct market and competitor research to identify new opportunities, emerging trends, and customer demand for existing and potential services.
* Coordinate and oversee the production of marketing and advertising content including website updates, blogs, newsletters, social media posts, and digital assets, ensuring quality, timeliness, and alignment with brand standards.
* Conduct SEO activities using tools such as SEMrush, Google Analytics, and Search Console to enhance website performance, rankings, and visibility.
* Undertake regular website audits and implement technical improvements to increase site audit scores and user engagement.
* Monitor, analyse, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives, providing insights and actionable recommendations for improvement.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure campaigns align with organisational goals, timelines, and budget requirements.
* Contribute to the development of long-term marketing programs, policies, and objectives to support sustained business growth.
Skills & Experience
* Minimum of 12 months' hands-on digital marketing experience.
* Proven skills in WordPress, SEO, Google Ads, and social media marketing.
* Strong copywriting, proofreading, and grammar skills.
* Familiarity with tools such as SEMrush, Google Tag Manager, and email marketing platforms.
* Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret and act on performance metrics.
* Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.
* Australian Citizens and Permanent Residents are encouraged to apply.
Qualifications
* Tertiary qualification in Marketing or a related field (preferred but not essential).
* Relevant experience may be considered in place of a bachelor's degree.
* Certifications in Google Ads, Analytics, or SEO will be highly regarded.
