Desktop Support Analyst – Level 1 | Perth (Onsite) | Contract
We are seeking a
Desktop Support Analyst – Level 1
to support a large, fast-paced technology environment in
Perth
. This is a
3-month contract with strong potential to extend
, ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on desktop support and face-to-face customer engagement.
What you'll be doing
* Providing
first-line Service Desk and Desktop Support
to end users
* Supporting and delivering
Windows upgrades
across the environment
* Building, imaging, and deploying laptops using
SCCM and Intune
* Supporting
Apple products
including iPhone, iPad, and Mac
* Managing and troubleshooting devices via
MDM platforms
* Logging, tracking, and resolving incidents and requests using
ITSM tools (ServiceNow)
* Supporting new starters with device setup and onboarding
* Performing hands-on troubleshooting and hardware fixes
* Escalating complex issues to Level 2 teams when required
What we're looking for
* Experience in
Service Desk and Desktop Support
roles
* Strong experience with
Windows OS and Windows upgrade projects
* Hands-on experience with
SCCM and Intune
* Experience supporting
Apple devices
and
MDM-managed environments
* Familiarity with
ITSM frameworks and tools
, preferably
ServiceNow
* Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills
with a customer-first mindset
* Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
* Experience in
mining, energy, or heavy industry environments
is highly regarded
Working hours
* Support hours between
7:30am and 6:00pm( 8 hours / day)
* Flexibility to work shifts within these hours is required
* Participation in an
on-call roster
