We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Payable Officer to join our finance team.

Key Responsibilities
•Processing supplier invoices and reconciling statements
•Ensuring timely payments and handling queries from suppliers
•Assisting storefront customer service as required
•Assisting processing customer orders via phone
•Assisting with month-end reporting and reconciliations
•Maintaining accurate financial records and filing systems
•Liaising with internal departments to resolve discrepancies

About You
•Experience in an accounts payable or similar finance role preferred
•Strong attention to detail and accuracy
•Excellent organisational and time management skills
