About the role:
Provide support to the Claims Team regarding complaints management, Code of Practice adherence and technical referrals
The
Technical Service Advisor
role reports to the Claims Performance Manager and involves providing support to the Claims Team regarding complaints management, Code of Practice adherence and technical referrals.
This rewarding role also involves identifying business and process improvement opportunities, as well as providing coaching and feedback to staff as required.
What you'll do
Manage and resolve customer complaints
Ensure claims adhere to Code of Practice and regulatory requirements
Support staff with technical enquiries and requests that are above their delegation level
Identify business and process improvement opportunities
Targeted coaching and feedback to uplift claims' staff capability
What you'll bring
Complaints management and customer service experience
Background in a general insurance claims function, preferably Landlord and/or Home Claims
Technical proficiency using PC systems and programs including Microsoft Office
