Dollar Sweets, established in 1947, is a fast-moving, customer-focused company with a strong commitment to manufacturing excellence and product development. We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Supply Chain Scheduler to join our team in Pakenham.
About the Role
As our Supply Chain Scheduler, you'll be responsible for developing and managing production and demand plans for both manufactured and imported products. You'll work closely with operations, sales, procurement, and finance to ensure stock levels are optimised and production runs smoothly.
This hands-on role involves time in the warehouse, factory, and office, ensuring materials and plans are in place for efficient manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities
· Create and manage daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules
· Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer delivery timeframes (DIFOT 95%+)
· Monitor and maintain stock levels within agreed limits
· Lead production planning meetings and report on performance
· Ensure raw materials and packaging are available for scheduled production
· Manage import stock planning based on forecasts and customer portals
· Use Syspro ERP system for planning, procurement, and reporting
What You'll Bring
· Certificate-level qualification or higher in Planning or Supply Chain Operations
· Advanced Excel skills and strong Microsoft Office proficiency
· Experience with ERP systems
· Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
