The Opportunity
This is a true hunter-farmer role, with a strong focus on new business.
You'll be responsible for developing and closing opportunities across mid-market and enterprise clients, while building long-term, credible relationships at a senior level.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive new business acquisition across ICT services and consulting
* Own the full sales lifecycle, from prospecting to close
* Build and manage a pipeline aligned to revenue targets
* Engage C-suite and senior IT stakeholders
* Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to shape solutions
* Monitor market trends and emerging technologies
* Maintain strong CRM discipline and reporting
Experience & Background
* 5+ years in a senior ICT Business Development role
* Strong understanding of: managed services, cyber, cloud, AI/automation, digital transformation
* Experience selling complex, multi-service solutions to mid-market/enterprise
* Established network across IT decision-makers and executives
* Strong commercial, communication, and presentation skills
* Self-driven, accountable, and results-focused
Highly Regarded
* Experience selling outcome-based or guaranteed solutions
* Exposure to AI, automation, or transformation consulting
* Strong market reputation and credibility
* Experience in high-growth or evolving environments
