We are seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Disability Support Workers. As a Disability Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing individualized care and support to people with disabilities.
Job Description
The successful applicant will be responsible for:
* Providing high-quality care and support to clients in their own homes or in community-based settings;
* Assisting clients with daily living activities, such as personal care, meal preparation, and medication management;
* Supporting clients with mobility and communication needs;
* Working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care plans;
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A Certificate III or higher in a relevant field of support work (desired);
* A willingness to learn and participate in regular paid training opportunities;
* A current Blue Card and NDIS Screening/ Yellow Card;
* A First Aid and CPR Certificate;
* A valid Australian driver's license and reliable vehicle with comprehensive car insurance;
