Laing+Simmons Coffs Harbour is growing, and we're looking for a Sales Support to work alongside our high-performing Principal. This role is ideal for someone who deeply cares about people and customer service. If you've worked in travel, hospitality or any customer-first environment, your skills will translate seamlessly, the focus is guiding buyers, building trust and creating a positive experience from the very first interaction.
The Role
• Assist buyers throughout their search, helping them navigate the market with confidence.
• Handle buyer enquiries promptly and professionally.
• Attend open homes and private inspections, providing clear follow-up and guidance.
• Build relationships with prospective buyers and maintain accurate CRM notes.
• Coordinate and attend appointments (building & pest, valuations, etc.)
• Support the lead agent with day-to-day sales tasks and buyer-focused campaign activity.
• Contribute to a smooth, well-managed sales process from enquiry to settlement.
Ideal Candidate
• A current Certificate of Registration (minimum requirement)
• A valid driver's licence and a reliable vehicle
• A confident communicator who connects well with people
• Proactive, positive and comfortable engaging with buyers
• Organised, dependable and able to stay focused in a fast-moving environment
• A basic understanding of real estate is helpful, though not essential
• Past experience in travel or hospitality
• Familiarity with the Coffs Harbour region is an advantage
