We are looking for a motivated **Desktop & Operations Support** **Analyst** to join our dynamic team. This opportunity will appeal to emerging IT professionals with a genuine passion for providing positive customer experiences, service delivery and a focus on continuous improvement and learning.
This is an exciting and diverse role that spans a variety of tasks including:
- Configuring and maintaining new laptops and other IT related equipment
- Maintaining and supporting hardware, software and related configurations
- Managing incidents and responding to time critical business and service requests
- Performing batch processing and operational tasks
- Contributing to projects and supporting the rollout of new systems and process efficiencies
- Visiting IMB sites to help solve issues or implement solutions.
**We'd love to hear from you if you have**:
- A strong attention to detail and are a critical thinker
- A proactive approach and genuine interest and passion to help others, with a track record in delivering positive customer experiences
- A collaborative team approach with the desire to contribute to team success
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- An IT related qualification (or an interest in obtaining one)
- A valid NSW driver's license (Provisional or Full) to attend site visits
- An ITIL certification is advantageous.
