A dynamic and results-driven leader is required to spearhead our Kingston site, driving site performance, achieving key performance indicators (KPIs), and enhancing employer engagement.
The successful candidate will oversee site operations with a strengths-based approach while maintaining a strong outcome focus. They will also guide and nurture a high-performing team by fostering a positive team culture that encourages professionalism, exceptional service, and outstanding results.
In addition to their leadership skills, the ideal candidate will have established experience in leading medium-sized teams, showcasing adept guidance & mentorship skills, and the ability to lead staff toward the successful achievement of organisational objectives.
A solid understanding of the local labour market as well as the barriers to employment faced by disadvantaged young people is essential. The successful candidate will also possess demonstrated knowledge and understanding of program contract, systems, KPIs, and the ability to drive outcomes.
Relevant experience in Employment Services is advantageous. A proven track record of delivering results in a dynamic environment, combined with excellent communication and networking skills, is critical for success in this role.
