* Current unrestricted registration with AHPRA.
* Empathy and good communication skills.
* Leadership ability and teamwork skills.
* Ability to promote the values and ethos of For Purpose Aged Care.
* Understanding of and commitment to quality improvement.
* Ability to consider physical, social, and psychological requirements.
* Time management and computer skills.
* Clinical problem-solving ability.
* National Police Check.
