Responsibilities
* Lead design and delivery of large scale multi-residential and mixed-use projects
* Oversee and manage project teams across all phases
* Drive project outcomes, ensuring design integrity and quality
* Oversee project planning, scheduling and documentation across all phases
* Contribute to design reviews and strategic direction
* Support business development and bid submissions
* Liaise with clients and shareholders
Qualifications
* Relevant tertiary qualifications
* Minimum 10 years' experience in architecture
* Strong Revit proficiency essential
* Proven experience and leadership in large-scale projects
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Exposure to business development advantageous
