Video Display Hire & Sales are a Digital Signage Tech Company currently expanding their market share with a drive for new business across Queensland & Sydney.
We sell a range of 40+ LED & LCD Digital Signage products with something to suit every need and business. Indoor, Outdoor, Battery Powered, Fixed & portable screens. All powered by our cloud-based software solution allowing clients to remotely manage and control their content from anywhere.
Clients include small businesses through to Corporate & Government clients.
About You
You will have had at least 3-5 years of experience managing sales teams and selling yourself in a B2B role, seeking a new challenge. You will be a self-motivated individual, able to work independently and efficiently. Strong communication skills, both on the phone and in person, are essential. You will also have basic computer skills and an interest in technology. An existing network of contacts will enable you to hit the ground running and pursue new business opportunities.
The Position
Your initial role will involve conducting weekly sales to familiarise yourself with our products and processes. After a brief training period of 1-2 months, you will begin building a sales team under your leadership. This team will operate across both Queensland and Sydney.
You will spend most of your time generating new leads, both in person and over the phone, as well as following up on daily qualified leads generated from our social media marketing efforts. Full product training is provided, given our extensive experience in the market.
The office is located in Pinkenba, offering a relaxed, non-corporate work environment that encourages productivity. A shared company vehicle is available for screen demonstrations and client visits. You will be out on the road 3-4 days per week, showcasing our cutting-edge displays to potential clients. Your progress will be reported directly to the Queensland Director, who is also actively engaged in sales and can provide valuable support and guidance.
Average sales exceed $10,000, resulting in attractive commissions. Many clients opt for our Rent to Own plan, which starts at just $16 per week, minimising price objections. Your role includes monthly commissions on sales, uncapped, along with bonus commissions paid when your team achieves quarterly targets.
