Job Description:
* Identify and acquire high-value partners through targeted prospecting.
* Build a pipeline of leads and convert them into engaged customers efficiently.
* Research target organisations and connect with key decision-makers via email, phone calls, and in-person meetings.
* Collaborate closely with internal teams to support smooth partner transitions and long-term growth.
Maintain accurate records and sales activity in CRM systems to track progress and inform future outreach. Lead partner handoff by following implementation guidelines and coordinating with onboarding teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* 5–10 years of business development experience, including work with C-level executives and complex partnerships.
* Strong background in fast-paced commercial environments.
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
* Experience in eCommerce or print industry desirable.
